With men and machines, we will deliver satisfaction guaranteed services for you. All tasks will be done by our friendly local cleaning crew. Just take your time to contact us. Cleaning Service Rates

House Cleaning Rates

House cleaning rates are divided into two categories, which:
1. One-time job
2. Routine job
For one-time job has three (3) packages:

1. Basic Clean - RM60 (single-storey & apartment), RM120 (double-story & Condo), RM200 (Bungalow)
2. Detail Clean - RM100 (Single-storey & apartment), RM200 (double-storey & Condo), RM400 (Bungalow)
3. Clean & Shine - RM250 (single-storey & apartment ), RM400 (double-storey & condo), RM800 (Bungalow)
4. New house Clean - RM100 (single-storey & apartment ), RM200 (double-storey & condo), RM600 (Bungalow)

Job Scope

Basic cleaning:

1. Sweep & vacuum
2. Mop
3. Tidy Rooms
4. Clear rubbish
5. High dusting (spiderwebs)
6. Clean sink and bathtub
7. Empty wastebin

Detail cleaning: (suitable for residential house)

1. Sweep & vacuum
2. Mop
3. Tidy Rooms
4. Clear rubbish
5. Clean toilet(s)
6. Wipe furnitures, refrigerator etc.
7. High dusting (spiderweb)
8. Wash windows and glass.
9. Polish sink and tap
10. Wipe fans and lamps
11. Clean bathtub
12. Wipe kitchen cabinet
13. Empty wastebin

Clean & Shine: (using machines. suitable for new constructed house)

1. Sweep & vacuum
2. Mop
3. Tidy Rooms
4. Clear rubbish
5. Clean toilet(s)
6. Wipe furnitures, refrigerator etc.
7. High dusting (spiderweb)
8. Wash windows and glass.
9. Scrubbing all floor.
10. Polish sink and tap
11. Clean bathtub
12. Wipe fans and lamps
13. Wall cleaning
14. Wipe kitchen cabinet
15. Empty wastebin

All chemicals, equipments and machines will be provided by us.

 

For routine job has several packages:

1. Twice a month: RM110 (RM55 per session)
2. Four times a month: RM200 (RM50 per session)
3. Eight times a month: RM360 (RM45 per session)
4. Others (will be decided by customers)

Duration hours:

1. One maid for 4 hours 
2. Two maids for 2 hours
3. Four maids for 1 hour
4. As per your request

Customer can choose any task in a job scope as long as all jobs can be done within the duration hours. Extra hours will be charged RM20 per hour.

Carpet and Rugs Cleaning Rates

House Carpet - we will collect from you and return once cleaning done.

Transportation charge will be included for minimum order (1 piece)
Office Carpet Rates (wall-to-wall carpet)
RM0.70 per square feet. If the carpet has large area, the rates will be decreased (lump sum).
